How to enter

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

(a) Purchase any Zooper Dooper 24 pack ("Eligible Product") in one (1) transaction from any stores that sell Eligible Products ("Participating Venues")
(b) Visit www.zooperdooper.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and input the requested details including the entrant’s first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, mobile number, full address and the last five (5) digits of the Eligible Product barcode;
(c) Select the match/es from the list provided that the entrant would like to win tickets for
(d) Submit the fully completed entry form.

Entrants will be notified on submission of the entry form whether or not they are a provisional winner of an instant win prize, subject to verification. Entrants will only be eligible to win tickets to the matches they select on entry.

Entrants must retain their barcode and receipt for verification purposes.

Instant Win Prizes: The prize is one (1) family pass ticket, valid for four (4) people (two (2) adults and to (2) children aged between 4 and 15 years) to a Big Bash League match (excluding any quarter, semi or grand final matches). 1,920 Up to $55.00 Instant Win

Any family pass tickets that are not able to be delivered or collected at the location and time as specified by the Promoter will be forfeited and no substitute will be offered. Winners must be available to attend the game that they selected and if they cannot attend they cannot exchange the ticket for another game.

The family pass ticket prizes are subject to Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions (available at www.cricket.com.au/tickets) and event venue terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her guest) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

All costs associated with travel to and from the match will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

Major Draw Prize: the Money Can’t Buy BBL Experience for the winner and a guest includes:

Return economy flights for two (2) adults from the winner’s nearest capital city to the capital city closest to where the Money Can’t Buy BBL Experience will occur (“Nominated City”) (if the Money Can’t Buy BBL Experience will occur in the same State/Territory where the winner is located, the winners and their guest will not be provided with flights);
A double pass to a BBL match in the Nominated City (excluding any quarter, semi or grand final matches)
A behind the scenes tour and a guided boundary line experience for the winner and their guest
2 team t-shirts (exact team t-shirt and exact size of t-shirts awarded determined by the Promoter) and
One (1) night of accommodation for two (2) adults in the Nominated City (if the Money Can’t Buy Experience will occur in the same city where the winner is located, the winners and their guest will not be provided with accommodation).

For the avoidance of doubt, all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will go in the draw to win the Major Prize. The Major Prize will be drawn on 15 January 2017, which is after the Promotion Period ends.

The Money Can’t Buy BBL Experience will take place in either January or February 2017, with the exact date the prize must be taken determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The the Money Can’t Buy BBL Experience is expected to occur on 21 January 2017, however, this is yet to be confirmed.

The double pass ticket prize is subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her guest) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

If the winner resides in the same State/Territory as the Nominated City, they will be responsible for all costs associated with travel to and from the Money Can’t Buy BBL Experience, accommodation and game location.

Spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her guest must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, nce the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

Notification of prize winners

Provisional instant winners will be notified immediately on screen on submission of the entry form.

The Major Draw Prize winner will be notified via phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. The Major Draw Prize winner will be published at www.zooperdooper.com.au on 16 January 2017.

Unclaimed Major Draw Prize

The Major Draw Prize must be claimed by 5pm AEDT on 17 January 2017. The Major Draw Prize, if unclaimed, will be redrawn at 2pm AEDT on 18 January 2017 at 75 High Street, Prahran VIC 3181 Australia. The winner of the redraw will be notified via phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the redraw. The winner of the redraw will be notified publicly (and their details published) at www.zooperdooper.com.au on 19 January 2017.

For the sake of clarity, an unclaimed or unwon instant win prizes will be forfeited and will not be awarded via an unclaimed prize draw.

1.The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.

2.The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

3.Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, of Participating Venues, of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion or of the Promoter’s retailers, distributors, suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, partner, parent, guardian, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

4.Valid and eligible entries will be accepted up to 11.59pm AEDT on 14 January 2017. If the prize(s) is won by a person under the age of 18, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian and where applicable to the prize a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.

5.Instant Win:
All entrants will be notified on submission of the entry form whether or not they are a provisional winner of an instant win prize, subject to verification. Details of all instant win prizes are specified in the Schedule table above.
Entrants need to retain their barcode and receipt for the purposes of verification.
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are part of the advertised total prize pool will not be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.

6.Drawings:
02:30 pm AEDT on Sunday 15th January 2017- computerised draw system or selection: The draw for the Major Draw Prize will take place on 15/01/17 at 2.30pm AEDT at 75 High Street, Prahran VIC 3181 Australia.
The first valid entry drawn will win the Major Draw Prize. Details of the prize are indicated in the Schedule table above.
If any particular draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

7.The original purchase receipt and product barcode must be retained for each entry submitted by an entrant as proof of purchase. Entrants must provide the original receipt/s and barcode/s to the Promoter for all entries submitted if requested. In the event that the entrant is unable to produce the original receipt/s and barcode/s, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, deem their entry or entries invalid and forfeit the entrant's right to any prize.

8.All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner or winner of a redraw.

9.If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

10.If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.

11.The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.

12.No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.

13.Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid.

14.Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional, research and marketing purposes, including contacting the entrant electronically.

15.The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at https://www.lionco.com/legal/privacy-policy. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants’ personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter will not disclose personal information collected from entrants to entities located overseas, however, Cricket Australia may – see clause 27 for details.

16.For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner’s surname, initial and State. The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the Promoter holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Promoter of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with.

17.It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the prize(s). If a winner is under the age of 18, a nominated parent or legal guardian of the winner will be required to sign the legal release on the winner’s behalf.

18.If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.

19.Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

20.If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, subject to State or Territory regulation.

21.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

22.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.

23.The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

24.The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.

25.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.

26.Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

27.You understand and agree that Cricket Australia is collecting your personal information, including on behalf of State or Territory cricket associations, including the Big Bash League teams (together, "Australian Cricket") to communicate with you, and for any of the purposes set out in Australian Cricket's Privacy Policy (available at www.cricket.com.au/privacy or by emailing privacy@cricket.com.au), and that the personal information you provide will be disclosed to and used by Australian Cricket under the terms of Australian Cricket's Privacy Policy, which contains information about how you may access and seek to correct your personal information or complain about a breach of your privacy, and how Australian Cricket will deal with that complaint. Australian Cricket may disclose your personal information to other parties, including Australian Cricket's third party service providers. From time to time, these third parties may be located (and so your personal information may be disclosed) overseas, including in India, the USA and the UK, and other countries from time to time. Australian Cricket may use and disclose your personal information for direct marketing purposes, unless you opt out (which you can do at any time in accordance with Australian Cricket's Privacy Policy), and for facilitating further offers directly from third parties if you opt in to receive those offers. You can request to access, update or correct any personal information Australian Cricket holds about you by writing to Cricket Australia's Privacy Officer at 60 Jolimont Street, Jolimont, VIC, 3002 or sending an email to privacy@cricket.com.au. Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the International Cricket/KFC T20 Big Bash League fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this Promotion for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia. By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s Conditions of Ticket Purchase, Entry to a Venue and Attendance at a Match (available at www.cricket.com.au/tickets) supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter will provide every person attending the match as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s Conditions of Ticket Purchase, Entry to a Venue and Attendance at a Match with delivery of the prize tickets.
